Today is the feast of God’s Generals – the Archangels, St. Michael, St. Gabriel and St. Raphael. We are at war and we have three mighty warriors at our side. Than we are off to the little chapel of the Portiuncula, the first church rebuilt by St. Francis of Assisi. I was privileged to give a homily in this chapel during Bishop Pepe’s Mass.
